Terms of Service

Last updated October 21, 2026

The short version. OMNID gives you strength training programs and works out the loads for your next sessions from what you log. You must be 18 or older. Your first month is free. After that a subscription costs $29 a month or $290 a year in US dollars, renews automatically, and you can cancel online at any time. OMNID is a training service, not medical care: check with a doctor before you start if you have any doubt about your health, and stop if something hurts.

A custom program is a separate subscription of $199 a month in US dollars. You pay for the first month when you apply, that month starts on the day we deliver your program in the app, and the subscription renews every month until you cancel. Section 10 sets out what each month includes, how to cancel, and the rights to cancel you have if you live in the United Kingdom, Ireland, British Columbia, Ontario or California.

This summary is not a substitute for the terms below. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the consumer law where you live gives you and does not let a business remove.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

OMNID is provided by OMNID L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company ("OMNID", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service are a contract between you and us. They cover the OMNID website, the OMNID app you use after signing in, the program library, Field Notes, subscriptions and custom programs (together, the "Service").

You accept these terms when you create an account, or by using the Service without one. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy and, for residents of the states it applies to, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain how we handle your information. They are separate documents and do not form part of this contract except where they say they do.

You can reach us at support@omnid.app. Write from the email address on your account when your message is about your account.

2. Who can use OMNID

  • You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you create an account.
  • Subscriptions and custom programs are offered only to residents of the places you can choose at checkout: the United States (every state and the District of Columbia), Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Yukon), Australia and New Zealand. When you choose your country at checkout, and in the United States or Canada your state, province or territory, you confirm that you live there. We do not sell to residents of anywhere else, including the Canadian provinces not named above.
  • You may not use OMNID, or buy a subscription or a custom program, while you are in, or if you ordinarily live in, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea (including Sevastopol), Donetsk or Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or if you are, or act for, a person or organization named on a sanctions list kept by the United States government, such as the Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. To comply with sanctions law and our payment provider's terms, we check where your connection comes from when you use our website to sign up, sign in, use the app or pay, and refuse access from those places. Do not hide where you are, with a VPN or otherwise, to get around this. Where this applies to you, we may close your account (section 15).
  • The Service is for your own personal training. An account is for one person and may not be shared.
  • The information you give us, including where you live, must be true and kept up to date.

3. Your account

You can create an account with an email address and password, or with a Google or Apple account where the sign-in page offers it. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@omnid.app if you think someone else has used it.

If you signed up with Google or Apple you have no OMNID password until you set one. You can set one at any time from the sign-in page with Forgot password, which keeps your account reachable if you later disconnect that provider.

4. What the Service is

OMNID gives you written training programs (sets, rep ranges, effort targets and rest), a log for the sets you perform, suggested loads for coming sessions calculated from your own logged sets, charts of your progress, energy and nutrition estimates, and Field Notes articles.

Suggestions and estimates

Suggested loads, estimated one-rep maximums, maintenance calorie figures and similar numbers are calculations from what you enter and from published formulas. They are estimates, they can be wrong, and they are less reliable at the edges of the ranges the formulas were built on. You decide what you lift. Load what you can lift with good form, and lift less than suggested whenever that is the safer choice.

Changes to the Service

We improve and change the Service over time. We may add, revise or retire programs and features. If we make a change that substantially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel and, where you have paid for a period you will not receive, ask for a refund of the unused part.

5. Health and safety

OMNID is a training service. It is not a medical service and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or injury. Nothing in the Service, including a program, a suggested load, an estimate, a movement screening or a written assessment, is medical advice.

  • Before you start, and before you increase what you do, speak to a doctor or other qualified health professional if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, chest pain, dizziness or fainting, a long-term medical condition, a bone or joint problem, if you are pregnant or have recently given birth, or if you are unsure whether training is safe for you. The health questions OMNID asks are a prompt for that conversation, not a replacement for it.
  • Stop training and seek medical help straight away if you feel chest pain or pressure, severe shortness of breath, dizziness or faintness, or sharp or worsening pain.
  • Strength training carries a risk of injury, including from equipment. Use equipment that is in good order, set up safety arms, pins or a spotter where a lift calls for one, and train within your ability.

To the extent the law where you live allows, you take part in training at your own risk. This does not limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit (see section 17).

6. Your free month

Your first library subscription (section 7) starts with one month of it free. A custom program has no free month. You choose a plan and add a payment method at checkout, after you set up your account. The free month starts when you complete checkout and ends at the same date and time the following month, or on the last day of that month if it has no such date (a free month that starts on January 31 ends on the last day of February).

  • Nothing is charged during the free month. Your first payment is taken when it ends. The checkout page shows the exact date and amount before you confirm.
  • We email you 18 days and again 7 days before the free month ends, with the date and amount of the first payment and how to cancel.
  • If you cancel before the free month ends, you are not charged at all.
  • One free month per person. An account that has had a subscription before does not get another, and we may refuse a free month to someone who creates another account to get one.

7. Subscriptions, prices and payment

A library subscription gives you the program library and the app described in section 4. It is sold on two plans. Sections 6 to 9 are written for the library subscription; a custom program is a separate subscription with its own price, renewal date, cancellation and refunds, set out in section 10.

  • Monthly: $29 a month, charged every month.
  • Annual: $290 a year, charged once a year.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or GST may be added or included depending on where you live, and any tax is shown on the payment page before you pay. Your bank may charge you a fee to pay in a foreign currency; that is between you and your bank.

Automatic renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, and your payment method is charged the price in effect at that time, until you cancel. You agree to this when you start a subscription, and the checkout page states it next to the button you press. After checkout we email you a confirmation of what you agreed to and how to cancel. If you are on the annual plan, we also email you 40 days before each renewal, with the renewal date, the price, how to cancel, and the fact that your subscription renews if you do nothing.

Changing plan

You can switch between the monthly and annual plans in the app, in either direction: open You, then Settings, then Change plan. That page shows what you will be charged and the dates of your new plan before you confirm.

  • When you switch, you pay the price of the new plan straight away. That payment is for the new plan's first period, a month or a year, which starts when the period you have already paid for ends. You keep your current plan until then.
  • Nothing is prorated. The time left on your current plan is not deducted from the new price and is not refunded, and the new plan's first period is not shortened.
  • After that first period, your subscription renews automatically on the new plan, at its price, until you cancel.
  • If you switch during your free month, nothing is charged when you switch. The free month continues, and your first payment, when it ends, is for the new plan.
  • If you change your mind before your new plan's first period starts, write to support@omnid.app and we refund what you paid for the switch in full. Your subscription then ends when the period you had already paid for ends, and you can subscribe again at any time.
  • Until the new plan's first period has started, you cannot switch again, so a second switch cannot charge you for a further period on top of it. Once it has started, you can switch on the same terms as before.
  • You can also cancel online at any time after a switch. Cancellation in Manage billing takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, which after a switch is the end of the new plan's first period, and nothing more is charged.
  • We email you when you switch, with what you were charged, the dates of the new plan's first period, your next charge date and how to cancel.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You enter your payment details on Stripe's page, and OMNID does not see or store your full card number. You must be entitled to use the payment method you provide.

If a renewal payment fails, the provider retries it for a period and your access continues while it does. If the payment still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and access to the programs and logging stops until you subscribe again. Your data is not deleted because a payment failed: you can still download it from the subscription page, and ask us to delete it.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We tell you by email 30 days before a new price applies to you, with how to cancel, and it applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before that renewal. If you do not cancel and are charged the higher price, you can still cancel within 14 days after that first charge at it by writing to support@omnid.app, and we refund the unused part of the period it paid for. Where the law where you live requires your consent to a price increase, we will ask for it.

8. Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a library subscription at any time, online, in the app: open You, then Settings, and press Cancel subscription, or cancel in Manage billing beside it. You do not have to call, write or give a reason. A custom program is canceled from its own page, as section 10 sets out.

  • Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not charged again.
  • If you cancel during the free month, you are not charged at all.
  • Except where these terms give a refund (the items below, and sections 4, 7, 9, 14 and 15), or where the law where you live requires otherwise, we do not refund a payment because you change your mind, or the unused part of a period you have paid for when you cancel partway through it.
  • If you cancel an annual plan after it has renewed, write to support@omnid.app: we end it that day and refund the unused part of that year, counted in days, within 15 days.
  • If you die, or a doctor confirms in writing that an illness, injury or disability stops you from training, we end your subscription when you, or your estate or personal representative, ask us at support@omnid.app. We refund every payment for time after the day of death or the day the condition stopped you training, counted in days, including any renewal taken since, promptly and without deduction, and nothing more is charged.
  • OMNID is online, so it moves with you, except to a place we do not sell to (section 2). If you move to one, ask us in the same way: we end your subscription and refund every payment for time after the day you moved, counted in days, including any renewal taken since, without any fee.
  • Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription with the payment provider, so the app asks you to cancel first.

9. Refunds and your right to cancel

The first payment, the 14-day right to withdraw and the short cancellation periods below are about the library subscription. A custom program's refunds and its own rights to cancel are in section 10. The rights under local consumer law below apply to both.

First library subscription payment

Your first library subscription starts with a free month (section 6), and that month is the time to decide whether OMNID is for you. Your first payment, taken when the free month ends, is not refunded if you change your mind afterward, and neither is a later payment, except where sections 4, 7, 8, 14 and 15 or the rights below give a refund.

United Kingdom and Ireland: 14-day cancellation right

If you live in the United Kingdom or Ireland you have a legal right to withdraw from a library subscription within 14 days of the day you enter into it, without giving a reason. Because you can use the Service straight away, the checkout asks you to request that your subscription start now, during those 14 days. If you withdraw within the 14 days, the subscription ends straight away and you pay nothing: during the free month nothing has been charged, and if a payment was taken within those 14 days we refund it in full.

To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract in Settings, under Subscription, which is there for the 14 days; we confirm by email. You can also write to support@omnid.app or send us any other clear statement that you are withdrawing. You do not need to use a particular form.

You can also withdraw from a change of plan you paid for (section 7) within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason, by writing to support@omnid.app. We refund what you paid for the change in full. If your new plan's first period has already started by then, your subscription ends on the day you withdraw; if it has not, it ends when the period you had already paid for ends.

Canada and California: short cancellation periods

If you live in Ontario, British Columbia or California, the law there may give you a short period to cancel a fitness or training service; the checkout page sets out Ontario's and California's. Each runs from the day that law sets, which in Ontario and British Columbia is no earlier than the day you receive your copy of the agreement (your purchase confirmation email), so for a first subscription it normally ends inside your free month, when nothing is charged and canceling costs nothing. If a payment has been taken and you cancel within one of them, or within any other cooling-off or cancellation period the law where you live gives you, we refund that payment in full; that is the case if you have no free month (section 6). If you are within one of them and want to use it, write to support@omnid.app.

Rights under local consumer law

In Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and elsewhere, consumer law gives you guarantees and rights that cannot be excluded, such as the right to a service supplied with due care and skill and to a remedy if it is not. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where a refund or other remedy is owed under them, you will get it whether or not this section mentions it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 14 days of our agreeing to them. Your bank may take longer to show them.

10. Custom programs

A custom program is a subscription of $199 a month in US dollars, separate from the library subscription: neither includes the other. Each month includes your program in the OMNID app, two check-ins with your coach, one near the start of the month and one near the middle, messages with your coach in the app, and the changes to your program you agree with your coach. The first month also includes a movement screening you film yourself, review of that screening by an OMNID reviewer, a written assessment (your screening report), and the design of your program by hand from that review and your application.

While your custom program subscription runs you can use the rest of the app too (Today, your sessions, your plan, your records and charts, body and nutrition tracking, settings and data export), but not the library programs, which come with the library subscription.

  • Custom programs are for adults only, and we ask you to confirm this again when you apply.
  • Filming the screening needs your agreement, which we ask for before anything is recorded. Using the health information your program is built on, in your application, your screening and your messages, needs your consent, which the checkout asks for separately. How the video, the movement data and your messages are stored and when they are deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may decline an application, for example where the screening suggests you should see a health professional first. If we decline after you have paid, you get a full refund.
  • The screening and the assessment describe how you moved on camera. They are not a medical examination or a diagnosis.

Price, delivery and automatic renewal

  • You pay the first $199 when you apply, at checkout. Sales tax, VAT or GST may be added or included depending on where you live, and any tax is shown on the payment page before you pay.
  • Messages with your coach open on the day you pay. We deliver your program in the app within 5 business days of the day you submit your movement screening.
  • Your first paid month starts on the day we deliver your program, not on the day you pay. When we deliver it we email you the delivery date and your next charge date.
  • Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel, and your payment method is charged $199 plus any applicable tax each time. The first renewal is one month after the day we deliver your program (on the last day of the month when that month has no such date), and every renewal after it falls on that date each month.
  • There is no minimum term. Each payment covers one month.
  • You agree to the automatic renewal at checkout, where it is stated beside the button you press. After you pay we email you a confirmation of what you agreed to and how to cancel, and while your subscription runs we email you at least once a year with its price, how often you are charged and how to cancel.
  • If a monthly payment fails, the provider retries it for a period and your program stays open while it does. If the payment still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the program closes.

Your program

  • We deliver your program in the OMNID app, where you use it like any other program, and only you can see it. Your custom program page, the page our emails about your custom program link to, links to it. Changes we agree with you during a month replace the earlier version, so there is always one current version of your program.
  • You may use your custom program, including any copy you have exported, saved or printed, only while your custom program subscription is paid for. When it ends, the program closes in the app. What you logged while following it stays yours (section 11).

Messages with your coach

  • From the day you pay until your custom program closes, you can message your coach in the app, under Messages. Your coach replies within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, except US public holidays).
  • When your custom program closes (its subscription ends, or your application closes before a program is delivered), the conversation closes with it and leaves the app at once. There is no period afterward in which you can read it there, so note down anything you want to keep while it is open. Your coach may also email you anything worth keeping, and you can ask your coach to.
  • Messages are for your training: your program, how your sessions went, technique and changes. Your coach is not a doctor or other health professional, and nothing your coach writes is medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment.
  • Messages are not for emergencies or urgent health problems. If you are hurt or unwell, stop training and contact a health professional or your local emergency number. Do not wait for a reply.
  • Tell your coach about any injury, pain, illness or pregnancy that could affect your training. Your coach may change your program around it, or ask you to get medical advice before you continue.
  • Keep messages respectful and about your training. If messages are abusive, threatening or sexual, we may close messaging, and we may end your custom program subscription as section 15 describes.
  • The emails telling you of a new message carry a link, never the message. After the conversation closes we keep the messages for the period our Privacy Policy states, and you can still have a copy of them, in your data export (Settings, under Privacy and data) or by asking us.

Postponing your start

  • Before we deliver your program, you can ask us once, by email to support@omnid.app, to postpone its start: the design of your program, its delivery and your first month. Your first payment stays paid while it is postponed, and nothing more is charged. A postponement lasts until you resume, and no longer than 3 months from the day you ask for it.
  • You resume on your custom program page, by answering a short check-in there and pressing Send my answers and resume: sending it is how you resume, every time. It asks whether any of these has happened since you began your movement screening: (a) a new injury; (b) surgery or a hospital stay; (c) a new diagnosis from a doctor, or a new or changed prescription medicine; (d) pregnancy, or giving birth. It also asks you to describe your daily life since your screening: your work, your schedule, how you have been training (or not), and any pain or discomfort. That description never makes a new screening or a fee necessary by itself; your coach uses it to fit your program to your situation now. If you have not begun your movement screening when you resume, your answers decide nothing, and the screening you then do is new. If you cannot use that page (for example, it is not working, or you cannot sign in), email your answers to support@omnid.app before the last day of your postponement is over; we enter them for you, the time your email was sent counts as the time you resumed, and everything in this section applies as if you had sent them on the page. If you cancel while we are designing your program and your start is postponed, without using a right to cancel below, you can still resume this way, and we deliver your program as this section says.
  • You begin your movement screening at the earliest of: submitting its questions, recording its first video, and submitting it. Your screening stands, and we design your program from it, only if you answer no to every one of those questions and you resume within 14 days of the day you began it. We count those days on every calendar in use around the world, and you resume within 14 days if, on any one of them, the date you resume is no more than 14 days after the date you began your screening. If you resume more than 14 days after you began your screening, or answer yes to any of those questions, you submit the screening again before we design your program, both the questions and the videos, and we review it again. That review costs a re-review fee of $25, plus any tax that applies, charged once, when the new screening opens, and paid on your custom program page before you can submit it. Whether it is charged depends only on your answers and on when you began your screening and resumed, never on our judgment or on how long we take: an application you never postponed never needs the check-in or the fee. We may choose to waive it, but we do not promise to. We deliver your program within 5 business days of the later of the day you resume and the day you submit your screening, or submit it again.
  • The re-review fee pays for the review of your new screening. If your custom program ends, for any reason and at any stage, before we have reviewed it, the fee is refunded in full, whatever happens to your first payment. Once we have reviewed it, the fee is kept.
  • If you have not resumed within 3 months of the day you asked to postpone, or a re-review fee is due and you have not paid it by then, your custom program ends on that day and we tell you by email; but where we entered your emailed check-in only after that day, you have 7 days from our entering it to pay a re-review fee that is due, and the program ends only if it is still unpaid then. If design work had not begun, we refund your whole first payment. If it had, we keep the prices of the screening review and written assessment and of the program design ($150 in all) and refund the part of your first payment that pays for your first month ($49), because that month was never supplied. Any tax is refunded in the same proportion. Where a right to cancel below gives you more, you get it.
  • A postponement is for the start of a program not yet delivered. Once your program is delivered, its subscription runs month by month and cannot be paused; you can cancel it as set out below.

Canceling a custom program

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason. Before your program is delivered, use Cancel my custom program on your custom program page. After it is delivered, use Manage billing on your custom program page. You can also cancel by email to support@omnid.app.

  • Canceling stops all future charges. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for: your program stays open until then, and you are not charged again. We confirm a cancellation by email.
  • If you cancel before design work on your program begins, your first payment is refunded in full (below). If you cancel after design work has begun but before delivery, we still deliver your program, your paid month runs from the day of delivery, and nothing more is charged, unless a right to cancel below gives you more, in which case that right applies.
  • Except as set out below, or where the law where you live requires otherwise, we do not refund the unused part of a month when you cancel partway through it.
  • If you ask us to delete your account while a custom program subscription runs, we cancel the subscription first, and no further payment is taken.
  • If we end your custom program subscription after your program is delivered, for a reason other than your serious or repeated breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the month you have paid for.
  • If you die, or a doctor confirms in writing that an illness, injury or disability stops you from training, or you move to a place we do not sell to (section 2), we end your custom program subscription when you, or your estate or personal representative, ask us at support@omnid.app. We refund what you paid for anything not yet supplied by the day of death, the day the condition stopped you training or the day you moved. Before delivery, that is your whole first payment if design work had not begun, and, if it had, all of it but the price of the screening review and written assessment, which by then you have, except after a move (the next item). After delivery, it is every payment for time after that day, counted in days, including any renewal taken since; in your first month, that is the part of your first payment that pays for the month. The parts of the first payment and their prices are listed under the United Kingdom and Ireland right below. Apart from the relocation fee in the next item, the refund is prompt and without any other deduction or fee, and nothing more is charged.
  • If you move to a place we do not sell to while we are designing your program, we keep a relocation fee of $100 instead of the price of the screening review and written assessment, and refund the rest of your first payment ($99), unless a right to cancel below gives you more. In British Columbia nothing is deducted for a move (below), so there we keep only the price of the screening review and written assessment, as on death or illness. Instead of ending your custom program after a move, you can ask to postpone its start (above), if you have not postponed it before.

Custom program refunds

  • First payment. You can cancel and get a full refund of your first payment at any time before we start designing your program. There is no deadline: the window stays open however long your application waits, and closes only when design work starts. We tell you when that happens, and your application status shows it. Once design has started the first payment is not refundable, because the program is built for you alone, unless a right to cancel below, the end of a postponement, or the ending on death, illness, injury or a move above, gives you more.
  • Monthly renewal payments. A renewal payment is not refundable once the month it pays for has begun, except as the ending on death, illness, injury or a move above provides, or where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
  • Both are subject to your rights below and in section 9: if what you receive is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.

Your rights to cancel under consumer law

The refund terms above are the least you get. They do not reduce any right to cancel or to a refund that the consumer law where you live gives you, and where that law gives you more, you get it.

United Kingdom and Ireland: 14-day right to cancel

If you live in the United Kingdom or Ireland, you can cancel a custom program within 14 days of the day you pay, without giving a reason. We start work within those 14 days only at your express request, which the checkout asks you for.

For this right, your first payment of $199 pays for three things, each priced separately, and these prices decide what we keep if you cancel under it:

  • Screening review and written assessment: $50. Supplied in full by the time we start designing your program, which your application shows; the written assessment is your screening report, on your custom program page.
  • Program design: $100. Supplied in full when we deliver your program in the app.
  • Your first month: $49. Your program in the app, your two check-ins and messages with your coach for one month from the day we deliver your program, supplied day by day over that month.

If you cancel within the 14 days: (a) before we start designing your program, we refund everything you paid; (b) once design has begun, we keep $50 for the screening review and written assessment and refund the rest; (c) after we deliver your program, we keep $150 for the screening review, assessment and design, plus $49 multiplied by the number of days from the day we delivered to the day you tell us and divided by the number of days in your first paid month, and refund the rest. Any tax is refunded in the same proportion. For example, if we deliver on March 3 and you cancel on March 8, in a first month of 31 days, we keep $157.90 and refund $41.10. We refund within 14 days of the day you tell us. A monthly subscription is not fully performed within the 14 days, so you keep this right until they end.

To cancel under this right, use Withdraw from contract here on your custom program page, which is there for the 14 days, or email support@omnid.app or send us any other clear statement that you are canceling; you do not need a particular form. We confirm it by email.

Canada, California, Australia and New Zealand

If you live in Canada, your first payment of $199 is made up of the three separately priced parts listed under the United Kingdom and Ireland right above.

  • British Columbia. Under the province's consumer protection law, you can cancel a contract for personal fitness or training services within 10 days after you receive a copy of it, for any reason, and everything you paid is refunded within 15 days of your cancellation. We treat a custom program as such a contract, and your purchase confirmation email is your copy of it. You can also cancel at any time if your circumstances change materially, for example a disability, confirmed in writing by a medical practitioner or nurse practitioner, that makes continuing unreasonable or likely to endanger your health; we then refund the unused part of the month you have paid for, less 30% of that part, except that nothing is deducted where the change is a death, an illness, injury or disability a doctor confirms in writing, or a move to a place we do not sell to (above). If we change our services materially, you can cancel and we refund the unused part in full. To cancel, email support@omnid.app and tell us you live in British Columbia; before delivery you can also use Cancel my custom program on your custom program page and choose British Columbia there.
  • Ontario. Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, you can cancel a custom program without giving a reason within 10 days after the later of the day you receive the written copy of your agreement (your purchase confirmation email) and the day all the services are available (the day we deliver your program). If you do, we refund everything you paid within 15 days. To cancel, email support@omnid.app from the email address on your account, or give us notice in any other way that lets you prove the date. Before delivery you can also use Cancel my custom program on your custom program page and choose Ontario there; we treat that as your notice of cancellation.
  • California. If you live in California, you can cancel a custom program before midnight of the fifth business day after the date of your agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays, by emailing support@omnid.app from the email address on your account. If you do, we refund everything you paid within 10 days.
  • Elsewhere in Canada, any cancellation or cooling-off right your province's consumer law gives you applies in addition to these terms.
  • Australia and New Zealand. The consumer guarantees described in section 9 apply to a custom program, including the right to a remedy if it is not supplied with due care and skill.

Changes to a custom program's price or terms

We may change the monthly price of a custom program. We tell you by email 30 days before a new price applies to you, with how to cancel, and it applies from your first renewal after that notice. If you do not want to pay it, cancel before that renewal and you are not charged again; if you are charged it, you can still cancel within 14 days after that charge by writing to support@omnid.app, and we refund the unused part of that month. Where the law where you live requires your consent to a price increase, we will ask for it. While your custom program subscription runs, we do not change its cancellation or refund terms to your disadvantage. Other changes to these terms are made as section 14 describes.

11. Your data and what you put into OMNID

What you log and enter (sets, body measurements, intake, notes, answers, messages to your coach, and any video you film for a custom program) remains yours. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only as needed to provide the Service to you, to keep it secure, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

You can download your record and your raw data at any time from Settings, under Privacy and data, and you can delete your account there too.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, including video of anyone other than yourself.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share your account, or sell or give away access to it;
  • copy, republish, sell or distribute the programs, prescriptions or Field Notes, in whole or in substantial part, beyond your own personal use;
  • scrape, crawl or download the Service by automated means, except a search engine indexing the public pages in line with our robots file;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code or formulas of the Service, except where the law allows it despite this term;
  • interfere with, overload or try to break the security of the Service, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • use the Service unlawfully, or to harass or harm anyone.

13. Our content

The programs, prescriptions, software, design, text, Field Notes and other content of the Service belong to us or to the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive permission to use them for your own training while your account is in good standing. You may print or save a program for your own use and quote short passages of Field Notes with a link back, except that a custom program may be used only while its subscription is paid for (section 10). Any other use needs our written permission.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. We will not identify you publicly in doing so without your permission.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the Service changes or the law does. What we may change this way is the description of the Service, prices (as sections 7 and 10 describe) and the other terms in this document; we will not change the cancellation, refund or plan-change terms so as to increase what you owe or reduce what we owe you while your subscription runs. If a change materially affects you, we email you 30 days before it takes effect, with what changes and a link to the new text, and the date at the top of this page changes. If a change increases what you owe or reduces what we provide, you can cancel without charge before or after it takes effect, and if you have paid for a period after that date, we refund the unused part. Changes do not apply to a dispute that arose before they took effect.

15. Ending this agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account ends this agreement, subject to the parts that by their nature continue (sections 11, 13, 16, 17, 18 and 19).

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must do so to comply with the law, or to protect the Service or other people. Except where the breach is serious or the law prevents it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund any unused part of a period you have paid for.

We may stop offering the Service altogether. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, refund any unused part of a period you have paid for, and give you time to export your data.

16. What we promise, and what we do not

We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that following a program will produce any particular result. Results depend on the person, and individual results vary.

To the extent the law where you live allows, the Service is otherwise provided as it is and as available, and we make no other promises about it, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose. This section does not exclude any guarantee, condition or warranty that the law where you live implies and does not allow to be excluded.

17. Our liability to you

What we never limit

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law where you live does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Within those limits

  • We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control.
  • The Service is for personal use. We are not liable to you for loss of profit, business or business opportunity.
  • Where the law allows a limit, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and 100 US dollars.

If you live in the United Kingdom, Ireland or another country of the European Union, the limits in this section do not apply to the extent they would limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

18. Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please write to us first at support@omnid.app. Most things can be put right quickly. We reply to messages within 3 business days.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
  • If you live outside Wyoming, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live, and nothing in this section takes that away.
  • If you live outside the United States, you can bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live, or in a small claims court where your claim qualifies. If you live in the United Kingdom or Ireland, the courts of your home country have jurisdiction and you can use them. The arbitration agreement below does not apply to you.

If you live in the United States: arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this part carefully. It affects how disputes between you and us are resolved, and it means you and we give up the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class action.

  • Talk to us first. Before starting an arbitration or a small claims case, the person with the claim sends the other a written notice (ours to the email address on your account, yours to support@omnid.app). The notice must be about one person's own claim, and include that person's name, the email address on the account, a description of the claim and the remedy sought, and be signed by that person, not only by a lawyer. Both of us then try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days. Time limits for bringing the claim are paused during those 60 days.
  • If the other side does not respond, or refuses to talk, the person with the claim may start arbitration once the 60 days have passed. A claim started before the notice and the 60 days are complete may be paused or dismissed until they are, and the arbitration provider may decline to accept it.
  • Individual arbitration. If it is not resolved, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, including its supplementary rules for mass arbitrations where they apply. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement. The arbitrator decides all questions, including whether a dispute must be arbitrated, except as stated below.
  • Costs and place. Filing and arbitrator fees are paid as those rules provide for consumer disputes, which puts most of them on the business. Each side pays its own lawyers unless the law or those rules say otherwise, and the arbitrator may award fees and costs against a side whose claim or defense is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, as those rules allow. The hearing takes place by video or phone, or in person in the county where you live if you prefer.
  • Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction over it, after the 60 days above.
  • Court cases. If either of us files a claim in court that this agreement says must be arbitrated, the other may ask the court to send it to arbitration and pause the court case, as the Federal Arbitration Act provides.
  • Time limit. To the extent the law where you live allows, a claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is barred.
  • No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine claims of different people or award relief to anyone other than the individual claimant.
  • Public injunctive relief. If the law where you live does not allow a claim for public injunctive relief to be waived or arbitrated, that claim will be decided by a court, after the individual arbitration of any other claims.
  • If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court and is not arbitrated on a class basis. If any other part of this arbitration agreement is unenforceable, the rest of it still applies.
  • Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@omnid.app from the email address on your account within 30 days of first accepting these terms, saying you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect anything else in these terms. If you opt out, or the arbitration agreement does not apply, disputes go to the state or federal courts in the county where you live or in Wyoming.
  • Changes. If we change this arbitration agreement, the change does not apply to a dispute you have already notified us of, and you can reject the change by emailing us within 30 days of it taking effect.

19. General terms

  • These terms, and anything they say forms part of them, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If a court decides that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer this agreement to another business that takes over the Service, as long as your rights under it are not reduced. You may not transfer your rights under it to anyone else.
  • Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • These terms are written in English, and we will communicate with you in English.
